Curt's Ride to Cure Cancer
Curt's Ride to Cure Cancer is an annual 620-mile bicycle ride along the east coast of Florida, following the route established by the Florida section of the East Coast Greenway. Conducted in early October, the ride team departs from the Georgia-Florida border at Amelia Island and arrives in Key West a week later, covering 75-100 miles each riding day. Along the way, the riders increase awareness of the need to develop a cure for cancer, support cancer patient advocacy efforts, and raise funds for the American Cancer Society.
